An American actress best known for her role as the comedy writer Sally Rogers on The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961-1966), Marie received three Emmy nominations for playing the desperately husband-seeking character. Her career began aged just three as a radio singing star, and she went on to enjoy a screen career spanning nine decades.
