Rod McKuen

An American poet, songwriter and composer, McKuen wrote more than 30 collections of poems as well as music and songs that were covered by Frank Sinatra, Madonna and Johnny Cash and used in film. He received Original Song Oscar nominations for A Boy Named Charlie Brown (1969) and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (1969).
