A British actress who regularly collaborated with her director husband Peter Brook on the stage, Parry also enjoyed a long and successful screen career. She made her film debut in Dance Hall (1950) and went on to star in Brook’s King Lear (1953) opposite Orson Welles, and as Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet (1968).
