Dame Deborah James DBE

A British broadcaster and reporter, who became best known for raising awareness and funds to tackle cancer, through co-hosting the BBC Radio 5 Live podcast You, Me and the Big C (2018-2022). Having been diagnosed herself with bowel cancer in December 2016, she became a Sun columnist in 2017, writing its ‘Things Cancer Made Me Say’ column. She was also a regular guest on the Lorraine show (2018-2021) and the lead reporter on the Panorama episode Britain’s Cancer Crisis (2020). She was made a Dame in 2022.
