An Irish actor who appeared at hundreds of productions at Dublin’s Abbey Theatre since joining the company in 1954, Lamb also appeared in films such as Far and Away (1992) and This Is My Father (1998). One of his best known roles came playing Fargo Boyle in an episode of Father Ted (1998).
