A British director of production who gained experience on a variety of television productions before joining RDF Television in 2003, Wilson rapidly worked her way up from unit manager to director of production. She oversaw an array of hits including Wife Swap, Secret Millionaire, Crystal Maze, Tipping Point and Shipwrecked.
