A British character actor best known for his role in The Long Good Friday (1980), Marshall starred as the double-crossing Councillor Harris who is on the payroll of Bob Hoskins’ gangland boss. His other notable credits included Quatermass and the Pit (1967), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) and The Punisher (1989).
