Film Awards Information

The EE British Academy Film Awards rewards the best work of any nationality seen on British cinema screens during the preceding year.

The Awards in 2016 will take place on Sunday 14 February at the Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden.

Watch the Awards on TV

The ceremony will be broadcast at 9pm on BBC One Sunday 14 February, preceded by a red carpet show at 8.30pm on BBC Three.

The red carpet will be live stream on the BAFTA website between 5-7pm.

Follow the Awards Online

Red carpet highlights, ceremony clips and exclusive backstage interviews from the awards are available to watch on the BAFTA website. All exclusive coverage of the event is available to view on the BAFTA YouTube Channel.

Winners will be revealed on the BAFTA website, on the BAFTA Twitter feed and the BAFTA Facebook page as they are announced during the live ceremony.

Public Tickets and Red Carpet Access

BAFTA release tickets each year for the benefit of the Academy Membership. Information will be made available in the BAFTA members area. No tickets are available directly to the public.
