Find out more about our esteemed BAFTA 195 Piccadilly Club Manager, including his famous cocktails
Our Club Manager ensures your guests can toast the perfect accompaniment to any occasion.
The unique experience of BAFTA 195 would not be complete without a taste from the diverse drinks selection, devised by Club Manager Graham Lloyd-Bennett and vintners Justerini & Brooks.
Graham has spent many hours matching vintages and varieties to Head Chef Anton’s culinary creations. The result is a wine list that embodies both respectful tradition and playful surprises.
Graham is adept at more than just selecting grapes. His inventive combinations and eye for presentation are on full display in our cocktail menu, which uses homemade sherbets and syrups to present an inspired twist on classic favourites.
Born in Bahrain and brought up in Papua New Guinea Graham spent many years living in Africa. His travels have enabled him to build up an enviable breadth of experience and encouraged a lifelong fascination with unexpected flavour combinations, which he brings to BAFTA 195 for our enjoyment.
Graham studied Hotel and Catering Management at Portsmouth University and gained experience at The Goring and Quilon. Under his management, Quilon was awarded a Michelin star and the title of ‘Best Indian Restaurant in the UK’. Whilst on a wine tour in France, Graham met the Head Sommelier of The Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge and ended up working with the company for 12 years.
Graham joined the BAFTA 195 team in 2005 and is highly appreciated by BAFTA members, guests and clients alike for his knowledge, expertise and personal warmth.
