A British assistant director, who is known for his work on Ken Loach’s Kes (1969) and The Price of Coal (1977) and Mike Hodges’ crime thriller Get Carter (1971). Earlier on, Keith Evans worked for Granada television for more than a decade, on documentaries and live current affairs, and went on to direct six episodes of the soap Brookside (1983).
