John Stride

A British actor best known for his role as solicitor David Main in The Main Chance (1969-1975), Stride also starred in Macbeth (1971), Brannigan (1975) and The Omen (1976). On the stage he notably starred opposite Judi Dench in Franco Zeffirelli’s Romeo and Juliet, and also originated the role of Rosencrantz in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.
