Her credits include Pearl Harbour, Pirates of the Caribbean, X-Men, Kingdom of Heaven, Sherlock Holmes, Angus Thongs and Shackleton.

During her five-year tenure she developed training programmes for the industry, campaigned to expand the UK tax incentive to include high-end TV drama, consulted on media related government policies and represented the interests of senior production talent in job creation and skills development. She then joined Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden at its inception in 2012 . Now, as Senior Vice President, Emily is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Operations for Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden and Warner Bros. Studios Burbank, working to attract everything from high-end TV drama and US feature films to Independent films. Emily is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has worked on a number of initiatives and events with the aim of making the industry more inclusive, including an annual International Women’s Day event. She has also created WBSL DEI Council leading change in the workplace and rolled out a mental health and well-being programme for staff and production crew. In 2023 Emily launched CrewHQ, WB’s flagship training centre focussing on breaking down barriers in to the industry, upskilling and supporting existing crew and creating a culture change.
