Those primarily working in Film or TV can apply by Monday 31 March 2025, and those primarily working in Games can apply by Wednesday 30 April 2025.

What is BAFTA North America Professional Membership?

It’s a specific membership creating space for creatives in North America to connect with their peers and celebrate and support the talent of local industries.

Who can become a BAFTA North America Professional Member?

If you have a minimum of five years of experience working in film, games or TV in North America, you are welcome to apply if you:

Work in the production of film, games or TV
Work in the distribution, publishing or broadcasting of film, games or TV
Work in other fields directly related to film, games or TV, including research, festivals, teaching

Membership FAQs

BAFTA North America Professional membership is $330 annually. A one-off joining fee of $150 will also be charged to new members.
We welcome applications for BAFTA North America Professional membership once a year. The next opportunity to apply will be in early 2025, for our next intake of members in June 2025.
