A costume designer in great demand for major opera and ballet productions, Walker also brought his talents to bear on the occasional film. These include The Charge of The Light Brigade (1968), Song of Norway (1970) and Lady Caroline Lamb (1972), with television productions including The Corn Is Green (1979).
