A British actress and writer, who worked across film, television, radio and theatre. As an actress, she appeared in Dramarama (1987), Emmerdale Farm (1974-1994), Without You (2003), The Royal (2004) and Heartbeat (2004-2007), and in the feature film Wetherby (1985). She wrote 28 plays for the BBC, adapted for radio and broadcast on the likes of Woman’s Hour and Afternoon Theatre.
