A character actor whose early career was closely associated with the films of Russ Meyer and Jonathan Demme, Napier featured in Beyond The Valley of the Dolls (1970), Supervixens (1975), Citizen’s Band (1977), The Blues Brothers (1980), Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985) and The Silence of the Lambs (1991).
