William Lubtchansky

A French born cinematographer who enjoyed fruitful collaborations with a string of distinguished auteurs including Jacques Rivette and Jean-Luc Godard, Lubtchansky had a long and diverse career lighting such films as Ici et ailleurs (1976), Nouvelle vague (1990), Les amants réguliers (2005) as well as Claude Lanzmann’s epic Shoah (1985).
