Ventriloquist

A Nottingham-based ventriloquist, King appeared – along with his ‘sidekick’ Old Boy – at Royal Variety Performances in 1965 and 1967, as well as touring and entertaining live audiences the world over. He was also a regular guest on the television series The Black and White Minstrel Show during the 1960s.
