The sonorous tones of London-born, US-based actor Jay were heard in countless commercials and animated TV programmes. He contributed his voice to Disney's Beauty and the Beast (1991) and as Judge Frollo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996). He also appeared in such movies as Twins (1989).
