Weather Forecaster

A Scottish weather forecaster who began his career as an RAF meteorologist before working for the Met Office, McCaskill began presenting weather forecasts for the BBC in 1978 and continued to do so until retiring in 1998. He continued to appear on television afterwards as a presenter, on adverts, as a talking head, and even as a reality show contestant.
