As a stuntman doubling for some of Hollywood’s biggest names Hoy worked on To Hell And Back (1955), The Defiant Ones (1958), Spartacus (1960), The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976), The Enforcer (1976) and The Gauntlet (1977). He also took an acting role in the western series The High Chaparral (1967-72).
