A Spanish aristocrat who turned his hand to many artistic pursuits, Vilallonga appeared in over 70 films. By far the highest profile of these was Breakfast At Tiffany’s (1961), playing a rich Brazilian caught in the thrall of Audrey Hepburn’s character Holly Golightly. His novel, Fiesta, was filmed in 1995.
