Luther Davis

With his partner Charles Lederer writing the music, Davis wrote the book for Broadway hit Kismet, which Vincente Minnelli brought to the screen in 1955. Among his non-musical screenplays are The Hucksters (1947), A Lion Is In The Streets (1953), Lady In A Cage (1964) and Across 110th Street (1972).
