Blair enjoyed a successful dancing partnership with her brother Lionel in the early 60s, and appeared on several entertainment shows with the likes of Benny Hill and Morecambe and Wise. Television acting credits included Z Cars and The Saint whilst her feature film credits included Yield to the Night (1956).
