An expert film jury (including Dexter Fletcher and Alice Eve) met this week to decide the shortlist for the 2015 EE Rising Star.

On 3 November 2014, the jury for the EE Rising Star Award whittled down their shortlist to decide who will be a nominee in next year's ceremony. Beginning in 2006, the EE Rising Star Award is the only award voted for by the public. Next year's cermony will see the tenth Rising Star revealed, with previous recipients including James McAvoy, Eva Green, Shia LaBeouf, Noel Clarke, Kristen Stewart, Tom Hardy, Adam Deacon, Juno Temple and Will Poulter.
Amongst the expert panel included Dexter Fletcher and Alice Eve (above), casting director Nina Gold and Les Misérables producer Debra Hayward. This year's nominees will be announced on 7 January 2015.
