At BAFTA we interact with all sorts of people: members, donors, entrants and many more. If you interact with BAFTA in some way we will probably need to record some data about you. The data we hold will be held on different systems and processed in different ways depending on our relationship with you. In order to provide you with a simple description of the data we hold and how we process it, we have several different privacy policies. Each one describes how we process data for the different types or interactions we have with people.
This relates to the data we store about BAFTA members.
This relates to anyone who has entered for a BAFTA award, or whose details have been included on an entry made by someone else.
This relates to anyone who is being considered for, or already has participated on one of BAFTA's jury panels.
This relates to anyone who uses the BAFTA website, has signed up for a BAFTA newsletter or has requested updates about one of our initiatives.
This policy sets out how we will store data relating to non-members whose details we have on file as a result of their previous interactions with BAFTA such as visiting an event, or has applied to take part in one of our initiatives.
This relates to anyone who has booked an event at 195 Piccadilly or inquired about booking an event.
This relates to anyone who has had any sort of email correspondence with BAFTA.
