To celebrate the amazing work and creativity of game jammers in Scotland, the winners of the three IGDA Scotland Play Parties across Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow will be showcasing their games at our closing reception at Guru Live Glasgow on Saturday 30 March at The Lighthouse, Glasgow. 

BAFTA Scotland aims to bring the very best work in film, games and television to public attention and support the growth of new talent in Scotland.  We do this by celebrating, inspiring and nurturing emerging talent throughout the year with our comprehensive learning and new talent programme. 

BAFTA Scotland is seeking to appoint an experienced public relations agency/or individual to lead proactive press and media activity before, during and after the British Academy Scotland Awards 2018.

The BAFTA Scotland AGM will take place on Tuesday 19 June at 8pm at The Grosvenor Cinema, Ashton Lane, Glasgow, after the members' screening.

BAFTA Scotland runs a comprehensive events programme consisting of Craft Masterclasses, Career Close-Ups, TV Previews, Screenings with Q&As, tailored networking sessions, special In Conversation events and panel discussions with top talent from Scotland and beyond.

As a champion of creative excellence, we want all talented people to be able to succeed in the industries, regardless of their background.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Scotland is delighted to announce that Margaret Scott, Joint Managing Director of TRCmedia, has been elected as Chair of BAFTA Scotland, succeeding Ian MacKenzie. 

The BAFTA Scotland AGM will take place on Tuesday 20 June at 6pm at Cineworld, Renfrew Street, Glasgow prior to the members' screening.
