Milène Larsson

Milène Larsson is an award-winning executive producer and commissioner, with 16 years of current affairs, investigative, news, entertainment, travel and factual documentary experience. Her work has earned three Emmy nominations.

She produced some of VICE’s first ever films in 2008 and went on to become a core part of the launch team for VICE News in 2013, which quickly became the most popular news channel for young people globally. Between 2017 and 2023, she led VICE’s video production in the UK, EMEA and APAC, delivering some of the highest performing series and films in the channel’s history, such as High Society (2016-), the Broadcast Award-winning and Emmy-nominated The Dangerous Rise of Andrew Tate (2023) and the investigative TV series Criminal Planet (2021).

She is currently executive producer for BBC Eye, working across international long-form investigations. Prior to executive producing, she was a producer-director and video journalist, making 50-plus films in 20 different countries.
