DERMOT O'LEARY: I'm here with the great Rafe Spall and his even greater beautiful wife Elize du Toit. Hello to both of you. How are you?
A. Yes, really psyched to be here.
Q. A question I always wanted to ask you, who are you wearing?
A. I actually made this myself. It's taken me months and I've never done it before but it's come together quite nicely with a little help from the very good people at Burberry.
Q. And you look lovely as always. Who are you wearing Elize?
A. Bruce Oldfield.
Q. Mike Oldfield's son?
A. Mike?
Q. Listen, Life of Pi obviously you are up for nine awards I think it is tonight?
A. Yes.
Q. Congratulations on what a brilliant film. I mean do you feel part of something special tonight when you turn up and you walk on the Red Carpet and you know you've got a film that everyone's talking about?
A. Yes, it's a really amazing thing. It's really nice to be in something that people like because I've been in lots of things that people don't. So no, it's an amazing thing. I sort of can't believe I'm in it. I watched this film with this extraordinary story with a kid on a boat with a tiger and then I pop up in a kitchen every now and again. It's really weird and amazing and a thrill, absolutely.
Q. It's so great to see a film up for so many awards tonight. Like you said, you're in many ways part of it, in many days disparate from it.
A. Yes, exactly.
Q. And to see a newcomer do so well and maybe get the rising star, that would be great, wouldn't it?
A. It would be really -- am I nominated for the newcomer award? Oh my God, I'm so touched about that. No, it would be really amazing and there's lots of great people in that newcomer award. I think Andrea is an amazing actress, but she's not necessarily a newcomer, she's been around for a long time but she's excellent and deserves the award.
