A British executive who served as the joint managing director of Entertainment Film Distributors, Green helped transform the company into the UK’s leading distributor alongside his brother Nigel. Films distributed through the company included Teen Wolf (1985), The Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001-2003), The Departed (2006) and The Inbetweeners (2011).
