A British newsreader, presenter and reporter who began his career as a BBC radio trainee in 1992, Morris was best known across north-west England for presenting Granada Reports (2003-2020). The show was the first regional news programme to win the BAFTA for News Coverage in 2007 for Morecambe Bay, and won again in 2013 for Hillsborough - The Truth at Last.
