Tom O'Connor

A British comedian, singer and presenter, O’Connor came to prominence on British screens after winning the talent series Opportunity Knocks in 1974. He landed his own series Tom O’Connor on ITV (1976-77) and then again on the BBC (1984-87). He is perhaps best known for his work on British game shows, including hosting Password (1982-83), Name That Tune (1983-84), Gambit, The Zodiac Game (both 1984-85) and several more, as well as guesting as a celebrity panellist on many others.
