Theresa Plummer-Andrews

A British television producer, who is best known for such popular animated children’s series as Bob the Builder, Postman Pat and The Animals of Farthing Wood. Plummer-Andrews began as a theatrical agent, before joining TVS in 1981 to work on children’s programming. A move to the BBC followed in 1986, where she was promoted to head of acquisitions and creative development. Among the many BBC shows she worked on were Fireman Sam, Little Robots, Pingu and The Jungle Book.
