An American actress best known for playing the title role in Stanley Kubrick’s infamous adaptation of Lolita (1962), Lyon’s performance in the film was almost as iconic as her pose on the poster. She went on to star in The Night of the Iguana (1964), 7 Women (1966) and The Flim-Flam Man (1967).
