A British actor of the big and small screen, who came to prominence in the UK for several Hammer Horror films: Straight on Till Morning (1972), Demons of the Mind (1972), Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter (1974) and Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell (1974). He also appeared on British television in The Sweeney (1975), The Naked Civil Servant (1975) and Touch and Go (1978). He emigrated to Australia in 1983 and became a novelist, publishing several successful novels.
