An American actor, who made his big screen debut in Where’s Pappa? (1970), going on to appear in more than 170 films and television shows. Among the more notable of these were The Panic in Needle Park (1971), Reds (1981), Goodfellas, Dick Tracy (both 1990), The Rocketeer (1991), The Firm (1993), Nixon (1995), Romeo + Juliet (1996) and Once Upon a Time in Queens (2013). On television, he had key roles in the likes of Law & Order (1991-1992), That’s Life (2000-2002) and Godfather of Harlem (2019-2021).
