A British comedian and musician who began his career in The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, Innes and his cohorts appeared in The Beatles’ Magical Mystery Tour (1967). He wrote songs for Monty Python and after joining Eric Idle’s Rutland Weekend Television (1975-1976) became a member of The Rutles and starred in All You Need Is Cash (1978).
