A Dutch location manager who moved to Britain in the early 1990s, Harm was a unit manager on films including Notting Hill (1999) before serving as location manager on Woody Allen’s Match Point (2005) and Scoop (2006). His credits ranged from acclaimed dramas such as Bright Star (2009) and The Invisible Woman (2003), to blockbusters in the Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean franchises.
