A British photographer and documentary director who campaigned for the rights of threatened tribal people, Holland moved into filmmaking after serving as a consultant on a television documentary based on one of his photographic exhibitions. His credits included Good Morning Mr Hitler! (1993) and I Was a Slave Labourer (1997).
