A British writer best known for creating Postman Pat (1991-2003), Cunliffe partnered with animator Ivor Wood to bring to life the first 13 episodes, and Pat soon became a worldwide hit on the page and screen. Cunliffe went on to create another children’s TV classic in Rosie & Jim (1990-1991), also appearing in 50 episodes of the show.
