An American actress, with a celebrated career spanning 160-plus screen credits. Her first taste of acclaim came with a Golden Globe nomination for Most Promising Newcomer for 1966’s Grand Prix. She would then go on to earn another Golden Globe nomination for Play Misty for Me (1971), win an Emmy for Amy Prentiss (1974-1975) and garner three further Emmy nominations for The Streets of San Francisco (1973), Trapper John M.D. (1979-1985) and Arrested Development (2003-2019).
