Ingmar Bergman's career as a writer-director was one of the most influential in cinema. A BAFTA Fellow, the Swedish auteur built his reputation upon films that explored human relationships and frailties. These include The Seventh Seal (1957), Wild Strawberries (1957), Scenes from a Marriage (1973) and Fanny & Alexander (1982).
