An Icelandic actor whose first role remained his most notorious, Hansen starred as iconic villain Leatherface in Tobe Hooper’s The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974). While he would not reprise his role in the sequels, Hansen appeared in many horror movies including Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers (1988), Freakshow (1995) and Mosquito (1995).
