A British broadcaster and naturalist who was one of television’s first wildlife presenters, Dangerfield advised or presented on shows including Badger’s Bend (1963-1964) and Five O’Clock Club (1964). He left Britain in 1965 to work in the Serengeti National Park and later revisited the area to present Back to the Serengeti (2014) for Radio 4.
