A British actor, who was known for playing DC Duncan Lennox in police drama The Bill (1993-2003), featuring in more than 190 episodes of the show. Rossi would go on to land roles in Hotel Babylon (2006) and Whitechapel (2009-2010), having previously appeared on The Singing Detective (1986), Taggart (1992, 1998) and Roughnecks (1994-1997). His feature film work included Comfort and Joy (1984), Max Headroom (1985), I Bought a Vampire Motorcycle (1990) and Roseanna’s Grave (1997).
