A Welsh actor who found fame in the hit BBC sci-fi series Blake’s 7 (1978-1981), Thomas starred in the title role of Roj Blake, a complex hero on the run after being framed by the evil Federation. Also an accomplished stage actor, it was his yearning to return to theatre that led to him departing the show.
