A hugely influential producer responsible for classic British sitcoms such as The Fall and Rise of Reginal Perrin (1976-1979) and To the Manor Born (1979-1981), Gwenlan commissioned even more including ‘Allo ‘Allo (1984-1992) and One Foot In The Grave (1990-1995) while the BBC’s Head of Comedy. He received 13 BAFTA nominations, winning twice for Only Fools and Horses (1998-2003).
