Ellen Albertini Dow

An American actress who amassed more than 100 screen credits despite only taking up the career after retiring from teaching in her seventies, Dow was perhaps best known for her role as Rosie the rapping granny in The Wedding Singer (1998) which spawned a double platinum-selling soundtrack.
