David Cook

A British writer, presenter and actor, Cook was the first host of the children’s programme Rainbow (1972), appearing on 50 episodes opposite George, Zippy and Bungle. As a writer he was best known for penning Walter (1982), which aired on the opening night of Channel 4, and its sequel Walter & June (1983).
