A British television producer and executive, who won a BAFTA as producer of Takin’ Over the Asylum (1994). Chris Parr also spearheaded Play for Today’s Billy trilogy (1982-1984), starring a young Kenneth Branagh. Other notable small screen credits included Fighting Back (1986), Nice Work (1989), Chalkface (1991), You, Me & Marley (1992), Bad Company (1993), Martin Chuzzlewit, All Quiet on the Preston Front (both 1994), Dangerfield (1995), Ivanhoe (1997), Wing and a Prayer (1999) and The Bill (2001-2002).
